How can YOU benefit from hiring a Postpartum Doula?
A Postpartum Doula can teach parents newborn care and soothing techniques, assist with breastfeeding support or bottle feedings, are always willing to provide mental & emotional support & encouragement. A Postpartum Doula can also help with light housekeeping, tidying up, running local errands, helping meal prep for your family, and of course, care for baby while mom naps/showers/meets with her doctor during appointments or just takes some time for self-care. Doula's also provide local and online resources for new moms as needed and so much more!
Postpartum Support is $30/hr
*I am currently not taking on postpartum clients at this time.*

VIRTUAL Postpartum Doula Support
I am happy to be able to offer VIRTUAL postpartum support for those families that might not want in-person care but rather would benefit from having a trained newborn and postpartum professional virtually available to them if/when needed. This includes Crystal's Personal Postpartum resource list, a weekly video chat as well as phone, text, email and even facetime support! A Virtual Postpartum package is available on a month-to-month basis.
Virtual Hours are between 8AM-11PM (Unless I'm at a Birth) although if I'm awake & available outside that window, Id be happy to answer any questions/concerns .
Virtual Postpartum Support is $350/month
